MINIMUM NFEP AND EP REQUIREMENT UNDER THE EOU/EPZ/EHTP/STP SCHEME (PARAGRAPH 6.5 OF THE POLICY)

  1. Units with actual investment in plant and machinery, both imported and indigenous of Rs.5 crore and above
